Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
