Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security
- Document all interactions using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
