Your Role
As a Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between complex data sets and business strategy. You will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations that lead to measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing operational data and system workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
