Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into our secure database systems with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- File Maintenance: Organize, digitize, and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Quality Control: Review data entries for discrepancies, correct errors, and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Communication: Collaborate with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Reporting: Generate basic reports on data entry volume and accuracy as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and reside in the San Jose area.
