Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adapt to changing policies and procedures as the company grows.
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a modern computer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
