Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume support periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and network connectivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
