In this role, you will act as the face of our company, providing top-tier technical support both remotely and on-site. Whether troubleshooting complex network issues or installing cutting-edge hardware, you will ensure our clients remain connected and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Equipment Deployment: Install, configure, and set up new equipment and workstations at client locations, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional technical support to clients, explaining complex solutions in an accessible manner.
- Travel & Maintenance: Travel to client sites as required to resolve critical issues and perform scheduled maintenance on provided equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service tickets, repairs, and equipment inventory in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, IT support, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Driver's License: A valid, clean driver's license is required for site visits.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose root causes quickly and effectively.
