Job Overview:
As a Part-Time Remote IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. Your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and system integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot remote access tools and VPN connections securely.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and security protocols while working remotely.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
