Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support urgent business decisions and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
