Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and outreach to identify high-quality candidates for technical roles.
- Optimize job postings and company profiles using SEO best practices to increase visibility.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match candidates with open positions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment pipeline from application to offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible hours.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong internet research skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
