Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for remote clients and internal systems.
- Manage and maintain assigned hardware and software provided by the company.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct virtual training sessions to assist new hires with onboarding.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a plus.
- Must be located within or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis, Georgia area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
