Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose complex technical problems and deliver clear, step-by-step solutions to remote users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and software updates to provide accurate guidance.
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
