Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support via chat and email to customers in the Memphis area and beyond.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex technical problems for resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Adhere to company policies regarding remote work and data security.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware knowledge.
