Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior-level support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high-volume ticket queues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
