Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Process transactions, data entry, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous customer service or remote work experience is a plus but not required.
