Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
- Proactive Support: Identify client needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate, reducing churn.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor account health metrics and generate regular reports to share with the leadership team.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Training: Conduct product training sessions and webinars to empower clients to utilize our platform effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with excellent self-discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
