Responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic, and accurate customer support via chat, email, and phone during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through simple resolutions.
- Accurately process and input customer data using the equipment provided.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and adherence to company service level agreements.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service coverage.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident eligible to work in the USA.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be located in the Dallas, TX area or willing to relocate (remote capability considered).
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift without supervision.
