Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans to maximize retention and satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance on product utilization
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through proactive relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve service delivery
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend product enhancements
- Lead quarterly business reviews and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level clients
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Memphis market or regional business landscape preferred
