Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using Salesforce and CRM tools
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate client feedback into actionable insights
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and present ROI analysis to executive stakeholders
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction score through personalized support and issue resolution
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance customer onboarding experience
- Monitor key metrics (NPS, churn rate, adoption) and optimize success strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS support roles
- Proven expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Data proficiency with experience creating reports and dashboards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with client-focused mindset
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry preferred
