Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure across remote teams
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and cloud services
- Develop automation scripts for system monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security initiatives
- Document technical processes and create training materials for end-users
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system optimization projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration capabilities
