Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
- Manage cybersecurity incident response and recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in remote environments
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
