Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Jenkins
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at industry conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design, and API gateways
- Proven experience leading complex projects with agile methodologies
- Strong background in security best practices and data encryption
- Excellent communication skills with experience in remote team environments
