- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues
- Document all cases using IT service management protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated technical problems
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and maintenance
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
