Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for 99.99% uptime and auto-scaling
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Implement infrastructure-as-code best practices and security hardening
- Lead incident response for production issues (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with SRE team to establish SLAs/SLOs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash/Go
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Linux systems administration fundamentals
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP DevOps Engineer preferred)
