- Maintain security protocols for remote data access and cloud systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of remote work infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in remote IT support or cloud infrastructure roles
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, MS Teams)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional equipment pickup
