- Transcribe audio/video content with 99%+ accuracy across legal, medical, and corporate domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software and quality assurance tools
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining superior quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve inconsistencies and clarify unclear audio
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (APA, AMA, etc.)
- Manage deadlines through our project tracking system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, or similar software
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and style guides
- Ability to handle complex terminology in legal/medical fields
- Self-discipline for remote work with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- El Paso residency preferred (for local support coordination)
