Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create compelling content calendars with 80+ monthly posts including graphics, videos, and interactive stories
- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets with ROAS optimization and A/B testing
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to report weekly KPIs
- Coordinate with design team for visual assets and cross-department campaigns
- Lead crisis management protocols and community engagement initiatives
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platform trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience managing B2B/B2C social media for brands with 100K+ followers
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Advanced knowledge of social analytics and paid advertising (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ viral campaigns with 500K+ reach
- Google Analytics and SEO certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong written communication with attention to brand voice consistency
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
