Responsibilities
- Provide Remote Support: Assist customers via chat, email, and phone with technical inquiries and product troubleshooting.

- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or service requests within defined SLA timeframes.

- Communication: Communicate complex technical information in a clear, professional, and friendly manner to non-technical users.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the remote support team to share knowledge and improve service processes.

Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in or near Baltimore, MD to be eligible for the equipment package.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required; training provided.
