Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex technical issues and billing concerns with empathy and precision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and FCR targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
