- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database with precision

- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on new tools/processes
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions

Qualifications

- 1+ years in remote customer support or technical assistance
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
