Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech Support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating multiple windows simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and self-discipline.
- Must reside within the San Diego, CA metropolitan area for tax and compliance reasons.
