Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for remote clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
