- Provide exceptional 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems with zero downtime
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and Jira for seamless handovers
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and process improvements meticulously
- Proactively identify and escalate potential system risks before impact

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in remote IT support or operations roles
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and monitoring tools (Datadog/Splunk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
- Excellent written communication for cross-team documentation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
