Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system issues during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Provide exceptional technical support to global clients via chat, email, and phone
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks and system optimizations
- Document incident reports and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in remote IT support or similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Available to work full-time night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
