Your Mission:

Responsibilities
- Execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to optimize job postings and landing pages.
- Monitor SEO metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console) and reporting weekly progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
- Familiarity with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- U.S. Work authorization required.
