Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain remote workstations and network infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via chat, email, and phone.
- Ensure all remote equipment meets company security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
