Job Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will bridge the gap between exceptional talent and innovative companies. You will also be responsible for optimizing our recruitment process and job postings to ensure maximum visibility on search engines.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier candidates.
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for SEO to drive organic traffic and attract high-quality applicants.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate on-site meetings for candidates in the Boston area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build long-term talent strategies.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to apply them to recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive tone.
