Job Overview:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy in all communications.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
