As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting remote employees, and maintaining our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone support.
- Configure and manage remote access tools securely.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of company-provided equipment to new hires.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of technical tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal systems and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
