Qualifications

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be a resident of Ohio with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
