Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment to production environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Highly disciplined, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Remote in Indianapolis/USA).
