Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio/video recordings across various industries
- Ensure 99%+ accuracy in typed transcripts with proper formatting
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive content
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Utilize industry-specific software and transcription tools
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) and accuracy
- Familiarity with legal/medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar software
- Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- High-speed internet connection and noise-free workspace
- U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization required
