Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
- Handle email correspondence, filter inquiries, and draft professional responses on behalf of executives.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Perform market research, compile data, and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and basic graphic design.
- Perform data entry and manage CRM databases to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
