Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company’s 2026 technology vision and long-term strategic goals.

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Manage a high-performance cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-tech adoption and large-scale implementation.
- Drive innovation across all product lines to meet future market demands.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology products and managing large-scale infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026 (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems).
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
