Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS platform users with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining service quality metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams via Slack for seamless issue escalation
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Upsell premium features to qualified customers during support interactions
- Maintain 100% adherence to company compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management with weekend shift availability (Sat 8am-5pm, Sun 10am-6pm CT)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Previous experience with SaaS or fintech products preferred
