Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat for enterprise software products
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while meeting SLA targets
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex issue escalation
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and troubleshooting protocols
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Zendesk)
- Strong diagnostic skills for SaaS applications and cloud platforms
- Excellent written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM PT)
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
