- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure database systems.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming information and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Organize, sort, and file digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare weekly reports based on data entry metrics.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
