Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud-based applications and virtual infrastructure
- Monitor system health and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Manage weekend on-call rotation for critical incident response
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in IT support with cloud service experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
