Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for weekend IT incidents
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, networking, and security protocols
- Document all support activities using ITSM best practices and knowledge base tools
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless handover of unresolved issues
- Proactively monitor systems during weekend shifts to prevent potential disruptions
- Train end-users on security best practices and new technology implementations
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and support documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical training
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with strong diagnostic methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access protocols
