Core Responsibilities:
As a Weekend IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during off-hours. Your duties will include:

- Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets and service requests received over the weekend.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management to ensure server stability.
- troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote employees and ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor network performance and security alerts during off-peak hours.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during Monday morning handovers to ensure seamless workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPNs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (full-time hours).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
